Story behind the artwork
An early work from 2010, created with traditional graphite techniques and a restrained monochrome palette. I drew this as my first highly focused and realistic graphite in many many years while travelling the world. This exact piece was penned in New Zealand, not far from Wellington. The motive is from an album from the band Maná that I listen a lot to in those years.
